Since it was such a gorgeous day, after our little walk to the park we took a little drive to the country. West Virginia - "wild, wonderful" - to be exact. This is us crossing the Shenandoah River at rather high speed. WHAT A CAMERA YOUR GODPAPA GAVE YOU!

I never got my lazy bones out of the car. We just happened to drive past the court house in which the infamous John Brown was tried. More about that as you grow up...


Ahhhhhh, and this is where we got to go to Holy Mass. St. James in Charles Town, WV.


It was just as beautiful inside as it was out. Very medieval. There was no electric guitar this time - just a wonderful organ. You and Joey were very well behaved, too, I'd like to add.
